As the Chief Growth Officer at The Kraft Heinz Company, Barton leads all aspects of the company’s digital and global ecommerce businesses. Prior to being CGO, she served as the President of Kraft Heinz Canada and President of Global Digital Online Growth. Barton is an innovative leader with a track record of building brands and growing profitable businesses.
Beck is at General Mills as the Eecommerce and Shopper Marketing Lead for big companies such as Walmart and Club Channel. Prior to joining General Mills, she worked at VMLY&R leading ecommerce and omnichannel marketing strategy teams across multiple client brands for Walmart. Throughout her career she has effectively developed strategies proven to drive retailer influence, client sales and shopper insights.
As VP of Digital at Chico’s FAS, Inc., Blicker leads digital transformation initiatives for multi-billion dollar brands Chico’s, Soma and White House Black Market. Before Chico’s FAS, Inc. she worked at Kroger Digital as Head of Digital and Merchandising, helping boost shopping activity by 30% and revenue by $10+ billion USD.
Hali Borenstein: CEO, Reformation
Borenstein is the CEO of Reformation, a women’s lifestyle brand focused on fashion and sustainability. Prior to becoming CEO, she was the VP of Merchandising, Design and Ecommerce. Borenstein is also a member of the board at Carter’s Inc., where she brings to the children’s brand her expertise on ecommerce, retail and apparel marketing.
Danielle Brown: SVP & CIO, Whirlpool
Brown joined Whirlpool as SVP and Chief Information Officer in November 2020, after spending time as VP and CIO at Brunswick Corporation. She has a proven track record of impacting financial and operational performance through her agile and efficient leadership.
Ekta Chopra: Chief Digital Officer, e.l.f. Cosmetics
Chopra is the Chief Digital Officer at one of the biggest names in beauty – e.l.f. Cosmetics. She leads the company’s efforts to grow its digital presence throughout the world with engineering, consumer technologies and enterprise applications.
Puja Clarke: SVP Design, Buying, Ecommerce, Reformation
With an impressive resume spanning multiple best-in-class luxury and high volume lifestyle brands (Prada, Burberry, LVMH, Tesla and Moda Operandi, to name a few), Clarke has experience in building strong brands and delivering meaningful growth. Her most recent role is at sustainable fashion brand Reformation, where she is SVP of Design, Buying and Ecommerce.
Anna Cole: Director of Global D2C Digital Platforms, Carhartt
With roughly 18 years at Carhartt, Cole worked her way up from a Business Analyst in Manufacturing to her current role as the Director of Global D2C Digital Platforms. She is a key contributor to the company’s annual strategic plan and drives the implementation and execution of large scale ecommerce programs.
Emily Cole: CMO, World Wide Stereo
Cole is the CMO and Director of Ecommerce at World Wide Stereo, one of the nation’s leading providers of emerging technologies in audio and video. She is responsible for the comprehensive strategy and creative direction of the company’s ecommerce business, as well as magnifying World Wide Stereo’s exposure across communication channels.
Erin Collins: VP, Digital Product, Warby Parker
Joining socially-conscious eyewear brand Warby Parker in 2011, Collins started out as Manager of Customer Insights and is now VP of Digital Product. She leads the company’s ecommerce team and runs its online store. Her creativity and innovation has helped Warby Parker become a leader in its field.
Michelle Cutter: VP, Ecommerce, REI
Cutter became the VP of Ecommerce at REI in 2019 and was the first to fill the company’s newly-created role. She leads the outdoors and lifestyle brand in the digital and ecommerce space and focuses on growing the company’s revenue. Prior to REI, Cutter spent time at TUMI, Tory Burch and Theory working in ecommerce and digital marketing.
Marta Dalton: Global Ecommerce Director, Unilever
Dalton is the Global Ecommerce Director at Unilever, a global manufacturer of more than 400 consumer brands. She focuses on growing B2B2C and leads global plans to hit online revenue goals. Prior to Unilever, Dalton spent 3 years at The Coca-Cola Company as Director of Ecommerce, where she impressively took the B2B ecommerce business from pilot to $400 million USD in her time there.
Meghana Dhar: Strategic Partnerships, Instagram Shopping, Instagram
Dhar is one of the founding members of the Shopping Partnerships team at Instagram, which has been changing the way we shop online in recent years. She previously worked for eBay and B8ta, and in 2018 became a member of Forbes’s 30 Under 30 class in Retail & Ecommerce.
Cindy DiTullio: Director Global B2B, Converse
DiTullio is a seasoned professional in the sneaker world, spending time at Puma, New Balance, and now Converse. She currently serves as Director of Global B2B and specializes in operations management, strategic planning, as well as vendor relations and negotiations.
With 20+ years at The Hershey Company, Flack has held multiple pivotal roles, including Marketing Manager, Customer Shopping Manager and Amazon Lead. Since 2014, she has led innovation for ecommerce expansion, using her skills of customer insight, consumer products and shopper marketing.
Dara Fleischer: AVP, Omnichannel Retail Partnerships, Rue Gilt Groupe
Fleischer has over 15 years of experience in the luxury fashion, beauty and fitness verticals and is now the AVP of Omnichannel Retail Partnerships at Rue Gilt Groupe. She is also the Founder and Editor of FashionJunkie.com, a personal shopping service and website that identifies top beauty and fashion trends.
Carissa Ganelli: Interim VP, Brand Communications & Digital Experience, Newman’s Own, Inc.
As Interim VP at Newman’s Own, Ganelli was brought on by its board to revolutionize the company through digital experiences, consumer marketing and brand communications. She comes to Newman’s Own with a notable resume, including Director of Ecommerce at Edible Arrangements and Chief Digital Officer at fast food chain Subway.
Genet is the Co-Founder and CEO of Lumi, a business that produces branded materials and packaging for ecommerce ventures in a more sustainable way. Prior to Lumi, she was the CEO of Inkodye, a startup that made sunlight-activated fabric dye.
Amita Gudipati: Head of Technology, Land Transportation, Region Americas, DB Schenker
Gudipati is the Head of Technology for Land Transportation at DB Schenker, one of the world’s leading global logistics providers. She is highly skilled in customer relations and international operations and is also a Harvard Business grad.
Hartman is in her 14th year working in ecommerce at J.J. Keller and is now the Senior Director of Ecommerce and Campaign Sales. She manages all aspects of the company’s corporate ecommerce website, namely JJKeller.com, and all corporate marketing websites. She is also making a difference outside of J.J. Keller, as the President of the Northeast Region of Women in Technology Wisconsin; aiming to attract, grow and retain women of all ages into technology careers.
Ruth Jeffers: CEO, Jeffers
Jeffers is CEO of one of the largest privately-owned catalog and ecommerce animal health supply retailers in the country, Jeffers (previously named Jeffers Pet). Jeffers’ emphasis on exceptional customer service, quality products and reasonable prices have helped make the company popular among its customers.
Brigitte King: Global Chief Digital Officer, Colgate-Palmolive
King became Global Chief Digital Officer at Colgate-Palmolive in May 2020 after previous stops at Calvin Klein and L’Oréal. She is tapped to modernize business models and has a demonstrated history of leading digital transformations.
Joan King: SVP Ecommerce and International, Crate and Barrel
King started working in ecommerce at Crate and Barrel in 2001 and has fiercely worked her way up the ladder to now being the department’s SVP. She has spent her whole career there, evolving and optimizing the customer’s digital experience and helping make Crate and Barrel the successful company it is today.
Karina Kogan: SVP, Global Head of Product Marketing, Peloton Interactive
Kogan is the SVP and Global Head of Product Marketing at Peloton, the leading interactive fitness platform in the world. With her 20+ years of marketing experience and passion for transforming media and technology, Kogan has been a key contributor to Peloton’s monumental growth in the past year. Anisa Kumar: SVP US D2C, Levi Strauss & Co.
Kumar is an accomplished executive with previous experience at retail giants Target and Walmart and is now the SVP of US Direct-to-Consumer at Levi Strauss & Co. She leads D2C mainline, outlet, ecommerce and digital marketplaces. Kumar has also helped lead Levi’s response to the global pandemic with new initiatives and technologies appealing to the consumer’s different buying methods.
Juliana Mathewson: Director of Ecommerce, Alfred Dunner
Mathewson joined Alfred Dunner in 2015 and helped spearhead the digital transformation of the company, originally as a team of one. She helped double Alfred Dunner’s digital sales in a six-month span, not even a year after initiation.
Suzette Matthews: VP of Marketing and Ecommerce, RJ Matthews Company
Matthews is approaching her 20th year at RJ Matthews Company, one of the oldest animal health product distributors in the United States. She has spent her entire time there as its Vice President of Marketing and Ecommerce, leading efforts to expand the brand’s presence.
Fiona O’Donnell McCarthy: VP of Product, Daily Harvest
McCarthy is the VP of Product at Daily Harvest, a popular organic, plant-based food delivery company that came on the scene seven years ago. She leads digital customer experience efforts and oversees product management, product design and user research.
Anne Miller: Co-Founder and Principal, CrossCut Partners LLC
Miller is the Co-Founder and Principal of CrossCut Partners LLC, a consulting and coaching firm that provides business strategy and insight to companies in the MedTech industry. Naficy is the Founder and CEO of Minted, an online marketplace of independent artists and designers. On top of being an entrepreneur, she is also an angel investor in businesses involved in ecommerce, content, community and marketplace. Prior to Minted, Naficy founded and ran Eve.com, the first ever beauty ecommerce site in the United States.
Emily Pfeiffer: Senior Analyst, Commerce Technology, Forrester
Pfeiffer joined leading global market research company Forrester as a Senior Analyst in Commerce Technology in 2019. Prior to Forrester, she spent 8+ years at Berkshire Blanket & Home as the VP of Marketing and Digital, leading all consumer-facing marketing and digital initiatives, as well as helping the brand shift into ecommerce and D2C.
Nicole Leinbach Reyhle: Founder, Influencer, Retail Minded
Reyhle is the founder of Retail Minded, a resource that provides news, education and support for retailers with webinars, articles, a newsletter and more. She is a published author, entrepreneur and public speaker. Her book, Retail 101: A Guide to Managing and Marketing Your Retail Business, is available at Barnes & Noble.
Lubomira Rochet: Chief Digital Officer, L’Oréal
As the Chief Digital Officer at L’Oréal, Rochet is responsible for building the company’s presence online. With her leadership, ecommerce has grown 65% during the COVID-19 pandemic to represent 25% of revenue, and has made up for more than 50% of its losses in brick-and-mortar.
Lauren Steinberg: SVP, Loblaw Digital
Steinberg is the SVP at Loblaw Digital, and oversees multiple ecommerce businesses in Apparel, Beauty, Digital Pharmacy and Online Grocery. Bringing 20+ years of experience, she is responsible for the strategy, design, product, technology, data science, growth & operations teams.
Erika Swan: VP Global Brand Strategy, Transformation & Purpose, Reebok
Swan oversees Global Brand Strategy, the Transformation Office and Business Operations at Reebok, leading strategic initiatives and supporting horizontal product and process innovation. Swan is an experienced leader in the sporting goods industry, having been with adidas since 2004.

Prior to joining Nike, Yen spent 12+ years at GAP handling brand strategy and helping launch GAP and Banana Republic’s mobile and digital commerce sites in Japan.
